This foundation course of mindfulness at work training programme is a four week course - perfect for a busy life.
Learn the core concepts of Mindfulness for Work in just four weeks. This bespoke course is perfect the solution for busy professional with a proven success rate in law firms such as Linklaters, Mayer Brown, and Nabboro. Held over four weekly hourly sessions, this course highlights how mindfulness can make your personal and professional life more meaningful and balanced. Each participant will receive a Training Manual, an audio guided meditation pack, a specialised gift set, and a Certificate of Completion*.
Week One: The Magic of Awareness - Raising awareness to the hazards of automatic pilot, discovering the productive benefits of mindful-tasking vs. multi-tasking.
Week Two: Building Resilience - Building the characteristics of a resilient employee.
Week Three: Finding Balance - Techniques to find work-life balance and transitioning between work life demands and home life demands.
Session Four: Thoughts are Not Facts - Getting to know the nature of your mind and training it to work for you rather than against you.
Each participant will receive a Training Manual, an audio guided meditation pack, a specialised gift set, and a Certificate of Completion*.
*As Fresh Perception teachers follow the Good Practice Guidelines for the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teachers, this certificate will provide students with the opportunity to train as mindfulness teachers if they so wish.
